Previous report says After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections.

Well I can assure you that this is a priority! We cannot leave the hairy when it floods ! I cannot safely get to or from work ! God firbid if there was a medical emergency!

We are the only home with a drive way and this is totaly unfair to expect us to live like this !

The water is 40cm deep !
