Loose manhole cover. Makes a very loud noise whenever a car drives over it. I live in a house outside it and it consistently wakes me up.

The manhole itself may not be that loose but rather just at a much lower level then the road which causes a very loud noise when cars drive over it.

Has been present since I moved (3 months ago) but probably been a problem for longer.

    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx
