The residents from 3 Sycamore Road, are continuously blocking right of way/access to garage block. The residents at 3 Sycamore Rd also frequently flytip/dump articles in this garage block and I have confronted them as a cllr warning them I’d report and that they’d be fined. They have also been seen dumping articles in derelict garages that don’t belong to them
