  • Resident has called again saying that this grit bins have been empty for the last 2 years, the resident would like the grit bins to be replaced and filled in with sand.

    We already have maintenance work planned in for this area and the issue will be resolved as part of this work. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP).

  • Resident called as waitednearly 2 years for salt bin to be refilled.
    elderly residents live in this road and quite dangerous.

  • What are people paying council tax for?. It was suggested today that residents sort it out themselves , using cat litter ! Over 2 years This has been empty, CBC should be ashamed of themselves, if there is an accident/incident due to you neglecting your responsibilities I will be seeking legal advice. And that will cost you more !
