Street light 7 Lymans Road and lamp 2 Cox's Way

I reported these streetlight as not working last week (although lamp 7 was incorrectly called 8 in my report) 5pm Monday 7th October, I received an update saying that lamp 8 had been reported and new equipment fitted. Your contractor is charging you for work that has not been carried out. Lamp 8 I believe was already working so no work was required and 7 is still putting the area in complete darkness as lamp 2 in Cox's way directly opposite is also not working. There are also no street light numbers on several lights in this area which makes reporting issues unnecessarily difficult! These lamps have been out for at least 2 months
