This is supplementary information to the nearby broken manhole cover issue raised: The broken manhole cover was briefly fixed by someone, but is now worse and louder than before, see sound meter screenshot attached. As the screenshot shows, the banging caused each time it is driven over reaches over 80dB and occurs multiple times a minute both day and night. It disrupts sleep. Please could it be permanently fixed ASAP otherwise this will be raised as a noise complaint. Many thanks.
