Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413267.

A plug is still attached into a lamp post with wires sticking out .

This is for the electric sockets that market traders use on Saturdays

The lamp post is located opposite Pyman Jewellers and not to far from the junction with Bridge Street
