Dangerous Bridge - No Traffic Signals

This bridge is incredibly dangerous. There are no traffic signals or mirrors, so as a driver you have no visibility as you drive over this single lane bridge. Other cars have been observed driving over it at speed hoping no oncoming traffic is coming. You cannot see over it at all. It is slightly worse heading south west over the bridge as this section of the bridge seems steeper. Please can you carry out a safety risk assessment of this site?
