A black household bin bag full of cans, food wrappers spilling onto pavement etc. this is not the first time, it happens almost on a weekly basis that there is household waste dumped in these areas. Last week it was glass, cans, an used nappies in a black bag. Can we get CCTV, as it seems to get dumped at night -no-one knows who is doing it. Thank you
