Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413488.

4 way traffic lights not working and is extremely dangerous without these lights working as traffic from Briggington way will not give way to side roads of Mendel Row and Vandyke Road. Exiting Mendel Row is currently blind due to builders fencing in eye line.
