Drain is blocked and water is not going down the drain.

Drain has been blocked since road resurfacing happened. As all the loose chippings was swept down the drain. Which has built up to the point where the water is not able run away freely down the drain. Also as it gets colder the footpath is going to get dangerous to walk on. Especially for the elderly.
