On entry into Carlton Grove, first 2 lamp posts on the right hand site.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413493.

Both lamp posts do not come on at night. This makes the close very dark and the people who live in it are all elderly so this could be dangerous for them.
