Reported via desktop in the Trees category anonymously at 17:25, Tue 22 October 2024
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413549.
The trees and bushes have become so overgrown the whole area is in desperate need of cutting back and clearing. Its is difficult to walk through and the footpath has become covered with leaves which are very slippery.

Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspxAfter inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. We believe there is currently sufficient room for safe passage for pedestrians. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
Many thanks,
