Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413552.
Lamp had a shield put on it 9 years ago as it was extremely bright and shined through the houses like a car on full beam. For some reason, the shield was removed at the beginning of October, so the light is extremely bright again. Please can the shield be put back on
