Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413597.
Blocked underground drainage system. Part of which runs under the front garden of The Cottage, Houghton Regis , LU5 6JP.
All the water comes down from further up the hill. The Cottage, is located at the bottom of hill
The Water and sewage company has already has been contacted and they advised the residents that this CBC highways responsibility
Inspection is required urgently as resident is currently being flooded even when there is no significant rain fall or no rainfall at all .
Currently unable to live at the property . Living right now at an alternative address

That even when there is no rain . She is still getting flooded . Cannot move back in and can't replace flooring

Resident has called for an update on this she is asking if someone can contact her back with an update on when the works will get done as she is waiting on this works to begin working on her home again after it was flooded

The PO for South Team requesting the contact details for the resident . In order for the PO to update the resident regarding the works .
Which are planned but the PO doesn't have a contact for the resident to update them.When the resident next calls. Pls obtain contact details and pass to the PO
