Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413711.

Uneven footpath along Cherry Tree Close.

Located near number 5 Cherry Tree Close . Contractors came out yesterday and cleared some grass but the footpath has not been repaired . Instead we have have a gap where the grass was before. A crew member said they are not responsible for the repair of the footpath . They only came out to clear the grass growing over the footpath The uneven footpath is still unrepaired and located in front of number 5 Cherry Tree Close .

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
