Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413774.
This is a blocked pipe not a drain not a gully.
Resident living at Mid Way Cottage , Bedford road , LU5 6JP reporting a blocked pipe. Has used a torch to look inside and it's full of tree roots and debris which has led to flooding into their property and a neighbours house. Spoke to Nicola Preston emergency support planning officer about the recent heavy rain and also spoke to her last week when they had more flooding . She advised the resident to speak to Rick Thompson but he is currently on leave till 04 / 11. The PO not available as well.
Resident has already spoken to the water company who have advised that the infrastructure not for them but the councils located around 100 yards from the rugby club. Dunstablians RUFC LU5 6JW.
The pipe is on the residents side of the road . Runs along side the front of their house

An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works.
