Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413922.

This has been reported previously but is still not fixed. It is becoming increasingly dangerous walking down the path at night - If it is the responsibility of the homeowner have they/how can they be notified? It needs to be remedied.
