Grove house gardens lighting out

Along the whole length of the main path that runs from the band stand and down to Grove theatre has all the lights out. It's very dark for this busy area.

  • Email received from customer asking for an update regarding the lights still being out.
    They advised it is dangerous and now has to be avoided as there has been several youths smoking drugs on the bandstand
