The care home at 1 West Drive seem to be leaving their multiple bins permanently out on the pavement recently (last 6-8 months). Not only is this blocking the pavement, it is also dangerous on many occasions - broken/smashed TV’s left next to bins on a couple of occasions along with broken furniture, clothes airers etc. It also looks very unsightly and leads to further litter in this area, as the bins are regularly overflowing (see photo) and it ends up falling/blowing out of bins. Surely all these bins should be kept within their own property when not out for collection?
