It is extremely difficult to avoid this pothole due to narrowness of Road. Caused a puncture to my tyre a few days ago. Road just keeps getting patched. We were told it would be fully resurfaced? Another hole opposite No 6 on double yellow lines is getting deeper.

  • With the speed of the road, this is not yet at intervention level. Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    Due to current budget constraints, we are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
