End of cyclepath

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414283.

Access by the houses is constantly blocked by vehicles in constant state of repair. This not only makes using cycle path an issue but is also dangerous with sharp edges exposed oil and debris on the floor. Also the actual footpath is usually blocked with rubbish or kids toys so using that is an issue too. Seems like someone is using this spot as a makeshift garage
