Poplar Close Silsoe Beds MK45 4EE
Reported via mobile in the Road Surface category anonymously at 09:18, Tue 19 November 2024
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414607.
Road surface slippery because covered with Beech Tree leaves. 4 large Beech Trees in Poplar Close which shed onto paths, verges and the road. Residents usually use the road to walk up at this time of year as the paths are too slippery and covered with leaves also, now all is covered. Residents also usually brush the leaves from the road surface onto the verges which visually probably lessons the problem. If we knew when the Road Sweeper lorry was around we would all get out and clear the verges onto the road for him/her.
