Someone reversed into the light. Now light damaged.

Customer has chased as very dark here, this light is oppposite property number 40, please can this be looked at as it seems the light was hit. and not working at all

Resident called and advised that the lamp post had been hit by a car and it's asking when the lamp post will be installed as it's very dark on the street and said that for 3 months this has not been put in place. resident at number 40 is 102 years old and she is scared as itÂ’s very dark on the street.
