Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414730.

This has been reported for years and is dangerous. Occupant driving across grass and leaving a trail of mud on the pavement. This is a route for school children and they keep slipping on this and will get injured.

  • We are aware and have had correspondence with the resident.

    Thank you for submitting your Highways report.
    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
