On the footpath, parallel to Farriers Way

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 414778.

The light on pole 22 does not work. Pole 21 and 23 do work but are around a bend, so the footpath is in complete darkness at this point. Footpath is used by kids and dog walkers, but once it's dark people now avoid as you cannot see anything. Some brave souls use torches.
