I have already removed the fallen limbs blocking the main bridleway/cycle route. The same tree is also blocking a small path leading to The Harriers and I have informed the owner of the tree (National Highways) to address this issue. However there is another path a few metres away that leads to The Harriers so please use this path as an alternative route until National Highways remove the tree completely.
