Lamp not working. Note reported 24/11/24 05:21, but this report appears to have been misconstrued as the lamp being obscured by the tree: 'Central Bedfordshire Council Highways TREE TRIM REQ' and 'Thank you for making a report, however, Central Befordshire Council are not responsible for this matter, and therefore the report will now be closed. The tree is third party owned, enforcement letter required.

To restate: the lamp is not working and requires CBC action.
