Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415104.

The road was closed for 'carriageway patching' earlier in the week. You filled one hole but what about the rest around it and all the way along that road? It has blown my mind that the council probably paid thousands for that tiny bit of work that was done yet we are no better off. Pay council and road tax they said. It's laughable.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
