Lights in the alleyway not working

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415138.

I know the road/ alleyway is privately owned but the lights along there are not working and surely are maintained by the council. It's all the way up that lane going to Dells lane and broadmead
