5 Windsor Road, MK45 4LX

Reported via mobile in the Road Surface category anonymously at 12:41, Thu 5 December 2024

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415321.

It seems as though a. grab lorry has recently been up onto the footpath and caused more damage making it even more dangerous to pedestrian.

This has previously been reported: Council ref: 413220

Comments from the council state 'Resident has got a VXO request in, so will be repaired then.' However the VXO / dropped curb marks do not cover the whole damage and would need to be repaired independently.

Updates

  • State changed to: Investigating

Updated by Central Bedfordshire Council at 12:41, Thu 5 December 2024

  • As previously stated works to be completed when VXO is installed. There is no point in repairing footway for it to be dug up again when VXO is installed. This has been cordened off with bollards and is considered safe until VXO installation.
