Outside my flat

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415323.

The top of the light is slanted and dose not come on we need this light to be on as these flats are for the elderly and often ambulances come here a lot of the time it would be helpful for this light to be fixed . Thank you this is my 3 time of reporting this
