  • Caller says that there are other lamps not working along High street.
    That the crew will need to carry out an inspection when it is dark after 4pm to see the other lamps not working

    The lamp MP4 along High street is also near Bedford Square . The car park for Bedford Sq shopping area

  • Escalation email sent to team due to safety risk as lights are still out and area is unlit.
    Belisha beacons are also out

  • Customer called again asking for an update in regards of this issue. Customer advised that the area is extremely dangerous due that the pedestrian crossing is not lit an Belisha Beacons are also out. The pedestrian crossing is right around a corner and it's very hard to see. Email sent to PO
