Footpath light still not working - Dangerous

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 415801.

Light on the footpath not been working for sometime now. Local council and county council passing it back and forth. Please escalate as it is dangerous, and I have already fallen there in the dark
