Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF014811.

A large number of black plastic bags have been dumped at the edge of the field. They must have been placed there from the road and indicate an organised, criminal, disposal / fly tipping operation. This deserves professional / police investigation regardless of status of the land.
