This area continues to flood, and the water enters my property. Twice the garage has flooded, and I have reported this now on 2 occasions. The drain is clearly blocked, and needs someone to unblock ASAP. Please can you enact this, as it is a danger to the property and road users

  • Thank you for your Highways report.
    An order has now been raised to rectify the identified issue and this will now be added to our programme of works. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be completed, however, all repairs are prioritised using an assessment matrix in line with our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP)
