Junction of farm lane with Hazelwood Lane, this is part of Central Beds council road.
Reported via desktop in the Road Potholes category anonymously at 14:47, Monday 6 January 2025
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416555.
Two large and deep potholes have reappeared despite being repaired (badly) each year. I have used a shoe for reference of size and depth. The holes are again so large that you must slow to a crawl to enter the private road. When crossing northbound traffic travelling at excessive speeds this is presenting a serious risk of head on collision. Date and time of this report has been logged to identify Central Beds liability if there is a serious accident. Please fix this properly once instead of patching every winter to remove a serious and real risk of a serious traffic accident. This has been established in previous years as the demise of the highways so please don't dispute the location ownership.
