Updates

  • State changed to: Investigating

Updated by Central Bedfordshire Council at 13:35, Thursday 9 January 2025

  • Hi - we have now inspected the correct trees. We do not believe these are CBC owned trees. They will be boundary feature trees for the property. Some of the trees in this tree line are on the property side of the fence and some are the other side, however all would've been planted at the same time to denote the boundary. The driveway entrance wall denotes the edge of the boundary, which would include all of the trees. The fence itself is set further back. We believe this to be the responsibility of the property and not CBC.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility
