Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 416872.

There is severe flooding and will be extremely dangerous once it freezes. This problem had been reported numerous times over a number of years. It was clear first thing this morning but is now severely flooded. The fields are frozen so cannot be run off from them
