Tree next to council path at end of our fence 9, Copper Beech Way

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 16:09, Tuesday 14 January 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417020.

I have had a response to this issue. You say it is not your tree and not your path which is incorrect. It is not next to Dovery Down School path or bank but at the entrance to your field at the end of your path. You have incorrectly located the tree. Ref. 416914.

Updates

  • State changed to: Investigating

Updated by Central Bedfordshire Council at 16:09, Tuesday 14 January 2025

  • Land ownership/adoption is regularly counter intuitive. We know the tree, and path well, and are checking responsibility with both the Land Registry, and our official adoption records. The tree is not our Department's responsibility.

    Many thanks,
