Bins left on pavement on both sides of street causing an obstuction on non bin days no access for pushchairs or wheelchairs and having to walk into the road to get round them, parked cars aswell always on double yellow lines and single yellow lines most of the week and ignoring parking time restrictions for the single yellow lines which are causing obstructions on the pavements aswell,
