Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417218.

Lighting column PL02 outside 14 the Lawns has an Intermittent fault, some time switches on other time it remains off for the whole period of darkness. appears to stay off for at least 50% of the time. Has been like it for about 2 weeks
