Pedestrian crossing by laundrette - Biggleswade High Street.

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417225.

At around 5.30ish when l came through the traffic lights on the railway bridge/ London Road side of the crossing weren't working ( all dark ) - the ones on the other side ( Market Square ) seemed to be fine. It's dangerous for people crossing as the traffic coming from London Road direction doesn't know if to stop or not!
