3 lamp columns not illuminated combined with the shared used foot/cycle path suffering vegetation encroachment. This increases the potential of slips, trips and falls adjacent to the carriageway of a rod subject to a 40mph speed limit and conflict between pedestrians and unpowered 2 wheeled users.
