Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417282.

Collapsed manhole cover. Every vehicle driving over it coming down Hitchin Street makes a terrible loud noise. It's been like this for months. The noise is very intrusive and can be heard from all the streets around.
