I received an update to a previous request to reduce the tree saying - Not Council’s Responsibility and to look up who owns the verge on land registry. I tried to do this but as there isn’t a verge as such, just a tree growing through the path, it is impossible to locate an owner as it doesn’t appear on land registry. I would like to ask a site inspection to challenge the claim that this isn’t the councils responsibility. Please advise on options or a number to call to discuss this. Thank you.
