The light to the alleyway from regent street car park to Manchester place is not working. Pitch black

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 417457.

A few issues here:

CBC Regent Street Car Park:

- the car park needs a thorough litter pick and drains cleared out. - where the tree is just before the alleyway to Manchester Place, this path needs scraping back of all mulch/silt and general rubbish as it’s very slippery. - the light to the alleyway is not working. - all trees need crown lifting. It appears this car park has been neglected for many years.
