Customer called for update issue has still not been resolved, call terminated with further discussion

Customer called is not happy with the outcome of the report. Has cleaning the gully himself on multiple occasions but the issue is not that it needs cleaning but the gulley is not connected to anything so there is nowhere for the water to go. The water is building up every time it rains and staying there for days at a time. People are unable to park there, and the water is being splashed up at pedestrians.
Requesting for it to be reconsidered
