Seems a utility company had a hole out here at some point but the tarmac has sunk and needs driving through it every time using the car so needs repairing properly . Also the hole it is dangerous to the public as schools nearby and a is serious tripping hazard.

    We are having to prioritise repairs for defects that pose higher risks in accordance with our Network Management Maintenance Plan assessment criteria, the details of which can be found online http://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ transport/ roads-strategies/ highways-asset-management.aspx

    After inspecting the reported issue, our engineers have determined that this doesn't currently feature as a priority for repair. Rest assured, we'll continue to monitor the defect during future inspections. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your report.
