This pothole was ‘patched’ along with others in the road as part of a complete road closure for repair work around November. A matter of weeks after the ‘repair’ it had started to break up! A couple of weeks ago we had the yellow line reinstated over the damaged road surface which in itself is unbelievable and a complete waste of taxpayers money!

    We have inspected the defect and made the area safe. Further repairs, if necessary, will be undertaken in alignment with budgetary considerations and prioritisation against other ongoing works.
